As I passed my two year old his bowl of cereal I knew that he would eventually climb off his chair and dutifully hand me a few. This has become quite a ritual at our home, I would give him his meals and he would ensure that I had some.

How do you feel when you give? Especially when it is of great value to the receiver. Does it cost a lot to share the blessings that God has given us with each other?

This brings to mind the great sacrifice that god made for us. He gave us all he had in his only son so that we can one day enjoy the blessings he so wants to bestow upon us.

I think of my son sharing his Trix with me and his beloved toys with his friends, I pray that he maintains that habit as he grows into adulthood.

I pray that we all remember what God has given us and wholeheartedly give to others. So let’s not think twice about offering our time, efforts and material gains to those in need!
